Virtual Registration Fees (Virtual registration rates open March 20, 2022)
In-person Presentations and Workshops All presentations and workshops from April 30 - May 3 will be accessible through the meeting app beginning on April 30, 2023. To qualify for the member registration fee, the registrant must have renewed their membership in PIUG for 2023. To establish or renew PIUG membership, go to the PIUG Membership page. Registration fee includes all breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments during meeting breaks Monday-Wednesday, the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Social Time with Food and Beverages on Monday night. AIIP & PTRC Member rates refers to those AIIP & PTRC Members who are not already members of PIUG. You may register at the discounted rates using a special code available through PIUG by emailing Admin@piug.org. USPTO employees should contact Admin@piug.org for special discount codes as well. Virtual Registration Information Virtual Registration will include access to all scheduled talks and workshops which will be streamed live. As with past conferences since 2019, the sessions that will be streamed and/or recorded will be posted in the app for later access by all registrants whether in-person or virtual. The only portions that will not be streamed will be the Unconference Sessions, breaks, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, reception and the evening river cruise.
Additional Important InformationAccess to Conference Presentations is Available for PIUG Members OnlyAttendees and speakers who are not members of PIUG will not have post-conference access to the conference presentations posted on the PIUG wiki, which is a PIUG member benefit. To enable post-conference access to PIUG conference presentations, and to also save significantly on PIUG conference registration fees, BECOME A MEMBER of PIUG by going to the PIUG Membership page. Early Bird Deadline for In-Person Registration RatesThe deadline for early bird registration is 11:59 pm EST on March 26, 2023. Web registrations must be entered by 11:59 pm EST on March 26 to qualify.Substitutions, Cancellations and RefundsIf cancellation is received in writing by 11:59 pm EST on March 26, a refund of 90% of the registration fee will be provided. From March 27 until April 23, the refund will only be 50%. No refunds will be provided after April 23. All cancellations must be sent in writing to treasurer@piug.org by email or by fax at +1 (302) 660-3276. If you wish to substitute a name for a paid registration, the request must be sent to admin@piug.org by 11:59 pm EST on April 23. Substitutions received by this date will be honored without penalty. No substitutions will be permitted after this date. On-site RegistrationsOn-site registrations will be available at no additional fee above the registration fee indicated above for on-site registration. However, you should contact admin@piug.org to determine if space is still available prior to making your travel plans. |
