Introduction

The PIUG Northeast Conference brings together experts in the area of chemistry/biology, non-chemistry/biology and legal topics relating to patent information. It is an excellent forum to learn and share best practices regarding a specific process in searching and retrieving patent information. Vendors will be available to discuss their expertise and products. The key objective of this four-day meeting is to provide opportunities for learning, networking and professional development.

The Hyatt Regency New Brunswick in New Brunswick NJ is 2 blocks from the NJ Transit train station, NJ Transit bus and Suburban Transit bus lines. See the travel page for more information on getting to the conference site.

Room rates

  • Single and double rooms: $195/day
  • Triple occupancy: $220/day
  • Quadruple occupancy: $245/day

The cutoff date for conference rate is September 28, 2009.

October 7, 2009 through October 11, 2009: $90.00
On-site registration: $100
Reduced rates for students, retirees and unemployed attendees.

Registration is anticipated to be available online on or before August 1st.
