The course will cover how to build effective search strategies for:

· EPO oppositions
· Invalidity purposes

Methods involving the patent classifications, citations, name, semantic and other search tools to build strategies are described, along with how to filter and analyze your results effectively.

Practical questions and model answers are provided.
