Global Dossier Workshop - 2017

Abstract:
Join the United States Patent & Trademark Office in this workshop discussing Global Dossier, including the latest enhancements and upcoming services. Attendees will receive an in-depth overview of the Global Dossier Initiative and a detailed demonstration of how the tool works and the features included. The workshop will also include a discussion on the upcoming enhancements and services for Global Dossier and attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback and input on the upcoming enhancements. Further, this workshop will provide an overview of the new USPTO project, Access to Relevant Prior Art, which is looking at how to leverage tools such as Global Dossier to reduce the burdens associated with complying with the duty of disclosure.
