Conference RegistrationA new policy has been established that registration for all conferences is for Members Only.Registration for the Annual covers all events from Tuesday morning through Thursday afternoon. We want everyone to experience the great benefits of being a PIUG member! All non-members will receive a complementary membership for the rest of 2025 and 2026 with their conference registration. Use the "New Member" code to sign up and start taking advantage of everything PIUG has to offer today! It is also suggested that if you would qualify for a lower Membership Rate (i.e. retiree, student, unemployed or from an Emerging Country) that you first go to the Membership Page and join prior to registration. In-person Presentations and WorkshopsTo qualify for the member registration fee, the registrant must have renewed their membership in PIUG for 2026. To establish or renew PIUG membership, go to the PIUG Membership page. If you let membership lapse for 2026, you will be invoiced for the renewal fee. Registration fee includes all breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments during meeting breaks Tuesday-Thursday and the Tuesday Welcome Reception. AIIP, PTRC & PhMTI Member rates refers to those AIIP, PTRC & PhMTI Members who are not already members of PIUG. You may register at the discounted rates using a special code available through PIUG by emailing Admin@piug.org.
Additional Important InformationEarly Bird Deadline for In-Person Registration RatesThe deadline for early bird registration is 11:59 pm EST on February 15th, 2026. Web registrations must be entered by 11:59 pm EST on February 15th to qualify.Substitutions, Cancellations and RefundsIf cancellation is received in writing by 11:59 pm EDT on March 27th, a refund of 90% of the registration fee will be provided. From March 27th until April 24th, the refund will only be 50%. No refunds will be provided after April 24th. All cancellations must be sent in writing to treasurer@piug.org by email or by fax at +1 (302) 660-3276. If you wish to substitute a name for a paid registration, the request must be sent to admin@piug.org by 11:59 pm EDT on April 24th. Substitutions received by this date will be honored without penalty. No substitutions will be permitted after this date. On-site RegistrationsOn-site registrations will be available at no additional fee above the registration fee indicated above for on-site registration.
