Once registration is paid, allow at least a couple of hours to be added to the access in the meeting app.  Our administrative coordinator will email you once it is set up.  

The in-person plenary sessions run from Monday, May 2 to Wednesday, May 4, but you’ll have many great opportunities to learn and connect throughout the conference.  The Annual Business Meeting will be held as a Virtual Zoom event on May 10 from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM EDT followed by the virtual component of the program which will be held from Wednesday, May 11 - Thursday, May 12.  The general outline for the other conference activities was: 

  • Sunday May 1: Conference Warm-up For First Time Attendees, and the Opening Reception! 
  • Monday, May 2: Food and drinks with colleagues and friends.
  • Tuesday, May 3 and Wednesday May 4: Opportunities for informal dine-arounds in the evenings. Bring your curiosity!
