Cancellation & Refund Policy

Name changes will be permitted until and including Nov. 2, 2016. If cancellation is received prior to October 24, 2016, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided. No refund will be provided after October 23, 2016. All changes and/or cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Ken Koubek at registration@piug.org .

Best Western Plus Independence Park Hotel is less than one block from the Chemical Heritage Foundation.
