Cancellation & Refund Policy

Name changes will be permitted until and including Nov. 5, 2015. If cancellation is received prior to October 29, 2015, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided. No refund will be provided after October 29, 2015. All changes and/or cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Ken Koubek at registration@piug.org .

Hotel Accommodations

Best Western Plus Independence Park Hotel is less than one block from the Chemical Heritage Foundation. A special rate is being offered to PIUG course participants for both Wednesday and Thursday nights. Information regarding reservations can be found at the bottom of the following page.
