Early Bird Registration  has been extended through January 22, 2023. Registrations postmarked after January 22 are considered as Standard. Standard Registration Ends on February 20, 2023. Registrations postmarked after that are considered Onsite.

Please note: By joining PIUG before registering for the conference, not only will your membership dues include all benefits of membership throughout 2023, but the inclusive cost of dues and member registration is less than the increased cost for a nonmember to attend any one of our conferences. • Use the online registration process. (Reminder: Please make sure you are logged in as a member to guarantee all applicable options are opened to you.)
• Pay by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

By Mail

• Download the printable form. Detailed Hotel information is provided on the Hotel page..
• Before sending payment for the conference, be sure to read all the instructions below on this registration page (or included on the printable registration forms).

• Mail the completed form and payment (check or money order only) to:

• Please allow seven to ten business days for processing form.

Refund Policy:

• Registration fees are not refundable after February 20th, 2023.
• If cancellation is received prior to February 21st, 2023, a full refund will be provided, minus a 10% administration fee.
• All cancellations must be sent in writing to Christopher Baldwin at treasurer@piug.org.
