In-person Presentations and Workshop All presentations and workshops from May 2-4 will be accessible through the meeting app beginning on May 9, 2022. To qualify for the member registration fee, the registrant must have renewed their membership in PIUG for 2022. To establish or renew PIUG membership, go to the PIUG Membership page. Registration fee includes all breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments during meeting breaks Monday-Wednesday, the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Social Time with Food and Beverages on Monday night. AIIP Member rate refers to those AIIP Members who are not already members of PIUG. You may register at the discounted rates using a special code available through AIIP. Additional Important InformationAccess to Conference Presentations for PIUG Members OnlyAttendees and speakers who are not members of PIUG will not have post-conference access to the conference presentations posted on the PIUG wiki, which is a PIUG member benefit. To enable post-conference access to PIUG conference presentations, and to also save significantly on PIUG conference registration fees, BECOME A MEMBER of PIUG by going to the PIUG Membership page. Early Bird Deadline for In-Person Registration RatesThe deadline for early bird registration is 11:59 pm EST on March 27, 2022. Registration forms must be postmarked by that date to qualify for the early bird rate. Web registrations must be entered by 11:59 pm EST on March 27 to qualify.Substitutions, Cancellations and RefundsIf cancellation is received in writing by 11:59 pm EST on March 27, a refund of 90% of the registration fee will be provided. From March 28 until April 24, the refund will only be 50%. No refunds will be provided after April 24. All cancellations must be sent in writing to treasurer@piug.org by email or by fax at +1 (302) 660-3276. If you wish to substitute a name for a paid registration, the request must be sent to admin@piug.org by 11:59 pm EST on April 22. Substitutions received by this date will be honored without penalty. No substitutions will be permitted after this date.On-site RegistrationsOn-site registrations will be available at no additional fee above the registration fee indicated above for on-site registration. However, you should contact admin@piug.org to determine if space is still available prior to making your travel plans. |
