Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations at Hilton Alexandria Mark Center. A special group rate of $170 is available for attendees.
The room reservation deadline for the special group rate is April 3, 2013.
The hotel is only minutes away from the USPTO and offers free hotel shuttle service to Reagan Washington National Airport, and the numerous monuments in and around Washington DC. There is also a free hotel shuttle to the Pentagon City Shopping Mall and Metro Station every 30 minutes from 6am to 10:30pm. Amenities include wireless Internet. Old Town Alexandria, with shopping and dining, is also minutes away.

Hotel Shuttle Schedule
The Hilton Alexandria Mark Center offers complimentary shuttle service 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Pentagon City Mall & Metro/National Airport
Our vans depart from the front of the Hotel on the hour, arrive at Pentagon City Mall/Metro at approximately 10 minutes after the hour and continue on to Ronald Reagan National Airport.
The van arrives at the airport at approximately 20 minutes after the hour and 10 minutes before the hour. Pick-up is at Terminal A, Terminal B door 5 and Terminal C door 9. There is no need to call the hotel; just go outside from baggage claim and wait for the next shuttle.
Our last pick up at Pentagon City is at approximately 10:10 p.m. Our last pick up at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is at approximately 10:45 p.m.
National Airport/King Street Metro Station
Our vans depart from the front of the Hotel on the half-hour; arrive at Ronald Reagan National Airport at approximately 45 minutes past the hour. We pick up at Terminal A, Terminal B door 5 and Terminal C door 9 and continue on to King Street Metro where they arrive approximately on the hour.
Our last pick up at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is at approximately 10:45 p.m. Our last pick up at King Street is at approximately 11:00 p.m.

Take I-495 South into Virginia. Take exit #43 (George Washington Parkway). Travel about 10 miles south. Exit at Reagan National Airport, stay in right lane, and follow signs to Crystal City. Take Rt. 1 South exit: and get in the left hand lane. Turn left at first light (27th Street), hotel is on the left.
Via Amtrak
Take the train to Union Station, Washington DC. Transfer to the Washington Metro. Take the Red line to Gallery Place/Chinatown. (You are best off in the last car of the train.) Transfer to the Yellow line southbound to the Pentagon City Station. Either taxi to the hotel, or arrange with the hotel for their shuttle beforehand.
