Click directly on the link to open the file in Windows Media Player or equivalent video viewer application on your computer. You should not need to download the file first before opening it. Be patient, especially for the mini-tutorials.

Some Windows XP systems require installation of a small patch from the GoToMeeting codec page. Click on the "Install the GotoMeeting Codec" button and then to run g2m_codec.exe. Both GoToMeeting and its owner, Citrix Online, can be trusted. After it installs you would be able to open the video file directly from the link and into Windows Media Player.

People using Apple computers or QuickTime may have to follow a different procedure to open the GoToMeeting file.

Joining the PIUG Discussion Forum (4.5 minutes, 7 MB) – Don't forget that you have to login before you can manage your administrative options and page watches. In addition, you will not see Page Family Watch icon if you are already watching the whole space.
