PIUG Annual Conference Video Purchase
Video recordings of PIUG Annual Conference presentations are available by two distribution methods.

Traditional two-DVD sets
Non-members order below. PIUG members receive a $25 discount that is available via the
members-only video purchase page.

Downloaded presentations using a Windows-based Enhanced Video Viewer
Non-members may begin the video download purchase process via the PIUG 2007 Annual Conference
video purchase page.
PIUG members receive a discount and should order from the
members-only video purchase page.
Advantages include:
- Purchase only those presentations that you want, with the easy option of purchasing others later.
- Start viewing presentations without waiting for the DVD to be shipped.
- Free access to keynote presentation.
- Coordinated presentation of the slide presentation and the speaker's discussion.
The large viewing area on the right shows the presenter’s slides, precisely at the same times as they appeared in the actual live presentation.
- Easy navigation within presentations and its slides, and to other presentations.
Other considerations for the downloading option:
- Requires a high speed internet connection (DSL or cable).
- Requires plenty of hard disk space for downloading may presentations: an entire set of 32 presentations along with the slides uses about 3.2 GB on the hard drive.
- The initial step is to setup a unique username and password (unrelated to your PIUG login details) on the Meeting Expectations site.
- You may install the viewer and try it free on the keynote presentation before purchasing any presentation videos, or just purchase one or more videos right away.
- The first presentation has a delay of around 10-20 minutes while the first video is downloading. Additional presentations can be downloaded in the background for later viewing without delay.
Non-members DVD Purchase
PIUG members receive a $25 discount and should order through the
members-only Video Purchase page.
Enter quantity of DVDs to purchase and click on the
"Add to Cart" button to be transferred to secure online shopping cart
for payment.
Shipment is by US Postal Service Priority Mail® and
shipping costs are included in the quoted prices. Domestic
shipping to locations within the United States has estimated delivery of
2-3 days. International delivery outside the United States is estimated at
6-10 days.
