Instructions for Uploading Speaker Presentations and Exhibitor MaterialsAll PIUG Conference speaker and exhibitor supporting documentation, e.g. Powerpoint Presentations or Adobe PDF documents, must be uploaded using the Meeting Expectations' PresenterBank™ application per the instructions on http://mxavpiug.com/PresenterBank/Instructions.html.Before any material can be uploaded, each speaker (technical presentations or exhibitor product reviews) must be assigned a unique password by the PresenterBank administration program. This password is created when the system manager, Shelley Lebeck, enters the information about the presentation or product review into the database. Once the information has been entered by Shelley Lebeck of Meeting Expectations LLC, the contact person (i.e. the speaker) indicated on each presentation abstract or exhibitor contract will receive an email notification from Shelley Lebeck that includes the password and a copy of the above URL. If you have not received an email notification, please contact Shelley Lebeck (shelley@meetingxav.com) to obtain your password.
