This page describes the benefits of sponsoring the PIUG 2011 Northeast
Conference, provides means of payment, and has links to the Sponsorship
and Workshop/Exhibitor agreements.

Platinum Donation = $2750.00
(includes a two page ad in the meeting book)
Gold
Donation = $1700.00 (includes a full single page ad in the meeting book)
Silver
Donation = $1150.00 (includes a half page ad in the meeting book)
Bronze Donation =
$600.00 (includes a quarter page ad in the meeting book)
All levels include the following benefits.
- Recognition as a Sponsor on the 2011 Northeast Conference web page, with company logo linked to company website.
- Recognition as a Sponsor in the 2011 Northeast Conference meeting book distributed to all attendees at the meeting.
- Announcement on the PIUG Discussion Lis.t
- One (1) exhibit space including one six foot table and two chairs and 1 meeting registration.
- Verbal acknowledgement during the introductory remarks.
- One 5-minute product review slot for Platinum sponsors, placement to be determined.
Note that there is no limit on the number of sponsors at each level.

Shipments: Sponsors/Exhibitors and Workshop Hosts for PIUG Conferences are responsible for any shipping costs for your
printed materials or other equipment, as well as, any storage, delivery or handling costs for your equipment and/or supplies.
Please be sure to address the shipped materials to someone in your group who will be there to receive them.
Do NOT address materials to PIUG. PIUG is not responsible for receiving materials. PIUG is not responsible for any lost or stolen materials.
