Sponsorship Level - Please Select One

  Gold             Donation = $3000.00 (includes a one page ad in the meeting book, 4 registrations and luncheon sponsor)

  Silver            Donation = $2000.00 (includes a half page ad in the meeting book, 3 registrations and breakfast sponsor)

  Bronze         Donation = $1000.00 (includes a quarter page ad in the meeting book, 2 registrations and breaks sponsor)

All levels include the following benefits:

• Acknowledgement of their sponsorship on the PIUG web page
  
• Distribution of literature and promotional giveaways to conference participants
  
• Promotion (including the PIUG web site) of sponsor workshops related to the PIUG Meeting
• Complimentary registrations (number of registrations vary according to sponsorship level)

Note that there is no limit on the number of sponsors at each level.
