  Gold             Donation = $2500.00 (includes a one page ad in the meeting book, 4 registrations and luncheon sponsor)

  Silver            Donation = $2000.00 (includes a half page ad in the meeting book, 3 registrations and breakfast sponsor)

  Bronze         Donation = $1500.00 (includes a quarter page ad in the meeting book, 2 registrations and breaks sponsor)

         Contributor        Donation = $500.00 (1 registration)

All levels include the following benefits:

• Distribution of literature and promotional giveaways to conference participants
  
• Complimentary registrations (number of registrations vary according to sponsorship level)
