Sponsorship Information

PIUG offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities designed to assist your business in building its brand and business with the four hundred patent information professionals expected to attend the PIUG 2004 annual meeting.

All sponsors will receive the following benefits:

• Recognition as a Sponsor on the PIUG 2004 Annual Conference web page (www.piug.org/2004/an04meet.html) with your company logo linked to your company website
• Recognition as a Sponsor in the PIUG 2004 Annual Conference meeting book distributed to all attendees at the meeting
• Sponsorship ribbons for all company registrants
• One full PIUG 2004 Annual Conference meeting registration

This meeting will employ a tiered sponsorship plan with four sponsorship levels:

DIAMOND - $15,000 donation

• Sponsor a luncheon
• one (1) free workshop space
• oral mention during the general session
• one-time set of attendee mailing labels either before or after the meeting
• announcement on the PIUG Discussion List
• one (1) free exhibit space
• three (3) free meeting registrations

RUBY - $10,000 donation

• Sponsor a breakfast or welcome reception or the speaker dinner
• one-time set of attendee mailing labels either before or after the meeting
• announcement on the PIUG Discussion List
• one (1) free exhibit space
• two (2) free meeting registrations

PEARL - $5000 donation

• Sponsor a break or the volunteer luncheon
• announcement on the PIUG Discussion List
• one (1) free exhibit space
• one (1) free meeting registration

PLATINUM - $2000 donation

• one (1) free meeting registration

Sponsorships are available on a first come, first served basis. Sponsorship preferences will be considered and assigned in the order that applications are received. Receipt of your application will be confirmed via email. An invoice will be sent shortly thereafter for your review and execution and all payments will be due in full prior to the meeting per the terms of the agreement. Sponsorships are not considered secure until PIUG has received and confirmed acceptance of a signed, written agreement.
