Update: For those people who have waited till the last minute to register for the 2004 PIUG meeting, there is still space available. We will welcome on-site registration. The fee will be $375.00 and we will only accept a check payment. The cost for one or two days will be the same, $375.00.

An Early Bird Registration fee of $225 is being offered to current PIUG members until March 30, 2004. After March 30^th the Member/Non-Member meeting registration fee is $375 (if space is available).

Please note that you must know the 4-digit security code (usually displayed on the back of your card) to pay by credit card through PayPal. Registration Fees are not refundable after April 21, 2004. If you wish to transfer your meeting registration to another individual either before or after this date, you must first contact Tom Stanton, the Meeting Registration Chair before May 20^th.

Advanced Registration closes on Friday, May 7, 2004. However, meeting registrations is still possible at the door if space is available. Please contact Tom Stanton, the Meeting Registration Chair prior to May 20^th to confirm that meeting space is still available.

Registration includes:

· PIUG Business Meeting Sunday afternoon, May 23, 2004.

· Welcome Reception, Sunday night, May 23, 2004

· Conference breakfasts, lunches, and breaks and from Monday thru Wednesday, May 24-26, 2004.

Please be sure to indicate if you would like to attend the PIUG Business Meeting on Sunday afternoon, the Monday night dinner (generously sponsored by CAS), and the Wednesday night dinner (generously sponsored by Derwent).

Please contact the hotel directly (+1 410-752-1100) to make your room reservation. It is recommended that you call the hotel on or before April 21^st. Please see the Workshop web page to register separately for Workshops to be held on Saturday, May 22, Sunday, May 23 and Thursday, May 27, 2004. The best way to keep up to date with what is happening with the workshops is to either check the workshop page regularly or watch for announcements via the PIUG list.
