Sponsorship Information

This meeting will employ a tiered sponsorship plan with four sponsorship levels:

GOLD – $1500 - Sponsor a specific Break or the Tuesday Ice Cream Reception (Note: Gold level does not include the exhibition donation)
PEARL – $5000 - Sponsor a specific Breakfast or the Welcome Reception
RUBY – $10000 - Sponsor a Luncheon
DIAMOND – $15000+ - Sponsor a Luncheon and Dinner

Sponsorships may be matched to specific event. You will be entitled to display a sign (30” X 30”) announcing your sponsorship of the specific meal / event. The different levels of sponsorship will also be distinguishable in our publicity. The tiered sponsorship levels will be reflected in our announcements, for example, Diamond and Ruby sponsors will be acknowledged in remarks from the floor, Pearl sponsors will have their company logo on our web page, and Gold sponsors may be listed using a smaller font on our web page.

* DONATED AMOUNTS MAY INCLUDE THOSE CHARGES PAID BY THE SPONSOR DIRECTLY TO PIUG AND/OR TO A THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER (but do not include your staff time required for planning events). EXAMPLES OF THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS INCLUDE CATERING OR COPYING SERVICE FIRMS.

** THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA DAILY CHARGE FOR TELECOM / INTERNET ACCESS FOR EXHIBIT TABLES. ALL EXHIBITORS WILL PAY THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR EXHIBITION RELATED EXPENSES.
