Registration

Pre-registration is required.

THE MEETING HAS REACHED CAPACITY AND WE CAN NO LONGER GUARANTEE SPACE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT ALREADY REGISTERED. HOWEVER, WE DO HAVE A WAITING LIST FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO BE INCLUDED AS SPACE BECOMES AVAILABLE.
If you would like to be added to this list, please complete the meeting registration form provided below, and send it along with payment for the meeting registration fee to Tom Stanton, the Meeting Registration Chair at the address provided on the form. Those on the waiting list will be notified when space becomes available. Priority will be based on the date of submission (postmark) of the registration form and payment. Checks will be returned to those for which meeting space is not available. Please contact Tom Stanton by email (tstanton@ashland.com) or phone (614-790-4576) if you have any questions.

Please note that those already registered for the meeting may still register for any of the PIUG sponsored workshops listed below. Those not already registered for the meeting are not encouraged to register for the workshops due to the fact that there may not be space for them at the main meeting.

The registration fee is $195 for PIUG Members until February 1, 2003, and $350 for Non-Members. After February 1, Member/Non-Member fee is $350 (if space is available).

Registration includes the Welcome Reception, Sunday night, May 4, the main conference sessions, conference lunches, breakfasts and breaks from Monday May 5, 2003 thru Wednesday, May 7, 2003. Please be sure to indicate if you would like to attend the PIUG Business Meeting Sunday afternoon, the Monday night dinner (generously sponsored by CAS), and the Wednesday night dinner (generously sponsored by Derwent).

Please contact the hotel directly (+1 312 836- 5000) to make your room reservation. It is recommended that you call the hotel on or before Feb. 1. Please be sure to mention PIUG when making your reservation in order to get the $159 per night conference room rate.    

Fee-Based Workshop Registration

• "Patinformatics: Patent Analysis for Fun and Profit", presented by Tony Trippe, May 3rd. Registration fee is $495 for PIUG Members until February 1, 2003, and $695 for Non-Members. After February 1, Member/Non-Member fee is $695 (if space is available).
